Bolinho de Bacalhau

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
 for 4-6 people

  • 300g cooked white beans
  • 100g sauerkraut
  • 150g grated zucchini
  • Olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, mashed
  • ¼ cup seaweed flakes
  • Salt to taste

HOW TO:

  1. Fry the onion and garlic in a drizzle of olive oil with a pinch of salt until juicy and soft;
  2. Boil the potatoes with the skin;
  3. Peel the boiled potatoes and mash with a fork;
  4. Mix everything together and make small long cakes with the hands;
  5. Fry the cakes with a drizzle of olive oil until golden and crispy;
  6. Serve with some tartar mayonese or spicy sauce
