WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
for 4-6 people
- 300g cooked white beans
- 100g sauerkraut
- 150g grated zucchini
- Olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, mashed
- ¼ cup seaweed flakes
- Salt to taste
HOW TO:
- Fry the onion and garlic in a drizzle of olive oil with a pinch of salt until juicy and soft;
- Boil the potatoes with the skin;
- Peel the boiled potatoes and mash with a fork;
- Mix everything together and make small long cakes with the hands;
- Fry the cakes with a drizzle of olive oil until golden and crispy;
- Serve with some tartar mayonese or spicy sauce
