WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
for 6 people
- 1 cup cooked black beans
- 110g brown sugar or coconut sugar
- 60g oat flour
- Pinch of salt
- 2 cocoa powder
- 50g coconut oil
- ½ tbsp applecider vinegar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ cup crushed pecan or chocolate chips
HOW TO:
- Pre-heat the oven at 180°C;
- In a small food processor, blend the beans with the coconut oil until it becomes a thick, smooth paste;
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and mix all the ingredients together with a spatula;
- Transfer the brownie batter to a baking tray and bake it for about 20 minutes;
- Serve warm with a good scoop of ice cream and some chocolate sauce.
Pear and Walnut Ice Cream
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Serves 4-6 people
SORBET:
- 500g pear, cut in cubes
- 100g cashews, soaked overnight
- 2 tbsp mapple syrup or honey
- 80g walnuts
HOW TO:
- Rinse the cashew and blend it with the frozen pear and mapple syrup for about 3 minutes until creamy and smooth;
- Once the ice cream is ready, you can add the walnuts with a spatula and store it in the freezer or enjoy it immediately with some black bean brownie!
