WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

 

  • 2 cups hazelnuts
  • 2-3 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 2-3 tablespoons coconut sugar(or muscovado)
  • Pinch of salt

HOW TO:

Toast the hazelnuts in the oven at 160°C for about 20-30 minutes. Take care of this step so the hazelnut doesn’t burn;

Set aside to cool down;

Once the hazelnuts are cold, place them into a food processor with a pinch of salt or blender and blend in high speed until it becomes a purée. It may take long if the food processor is not the strong but eventually it works out;

Add the cacao powder + coconut sugar and blend for more 3-5 minutes(again this step can take longer if the food processor is not the best);
