A great way to start the day. It’s fast, easy, sweet, healthy and delicious.
Who doesn’t like strawberries and cream? I love it!
It serves 2 delicious pink breakfast smoothies.
YOU WILL NEED:
– 250g frozen strawberry
– 120g banana
– 200g coconut yogurt( cashew or soy yogurt also work)
– vanilla powder
– 1 tablespoon almond butter
– water if you want a more liquid smoothie
HOW TO:
Just blent everything until smooth.
I served in a glass and used some strawberries to decorate but you can also serve it in a bowl topped with some strawberries halves and toasted coconut
